Making Solar Eclipse Soap

The Solar Eclipse Soap was made during the Solar Eclipse April 2024 & had both the moon & sun reflected in the oils at the same time, making this an unique made only during the eclipse soap.

Mountain Beauty this April made the Solar Eclipse Soap for the first, as well as possibly last in my lifetime. Inspired by the Full Moon collection of Mountain Beauty, the Solar Eclipse captured both moonbeams & sunrays in the soap at the same time, making this an unique soap.

It contains plants that are significant to the sun or the moon in various cultures like ancient Greece & Egypt. The lemon, orange are significant to the sun, while the star anise, sage & willow are in tune with the moon. The soap contains activated sauna charcoal for the hint of darkness when the sky is bright.

The lovely lemon & citrus scents work well with the star anise, giving it a zesty licorice appeal. The bars contain a bit of the Mountain Beauty activated sauna charcoal, where as the heart shaped is a balance of the front being the light side & the back the dark side.
